    Stephanie Buendia, DNP, PMHNP-BC (she/her), is a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing care for those located in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. With a lifelong passion for mental health and helping others, Stephanie combines her extensive experience and compassionate approach to provide exceptional care. Her background as a labor and delivery nurse has given her valuable insights into the complexities of perinatal care, inspiring her commitment to holistic, patient-centered support during transformative life stages.

    Stephanie earned her undergraduate degree in nursing from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, California, and her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Her doctoral work explored the impact of expanded postpartum depression education in local OB-GYN clinics, reflecting her dedication to addressing critical gaps in care.

    Stephanie specializes in supporting individuals navigating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and the unique challenges of managing pre-existing mental illnesses during pregnancy. She values collaboration and works closely with patients to develop personalized care plans tailored to their specific needs. Passionate about providing affirming and compassionate care to LGBTQ+ individuals, Stephanie ensures their mental health needs are met with respect and understanding.
