Seeking therapy is a powerful first step toward positive change! Whether you’re seeking support for the first time or returning after a break, there’s always an opportunity to grow, evolve, and move towards new beginnings.

In our work together, I aim to provide a supportive, compassionate, and non-judgmental space. My goal is to help you reclaim your sense of safety, trust, and hope, so you can move forward with strength and resiliency. Healing is a deeply personal journey, and I am honored to guide you through it at your own pace.

    My Interests/Approach

My passion is working with individuals experiencing symptoms of generational/childhood trauma, PTSD, anxiety, survivors of sexual assault, life transitions, and womens issues. I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness. As an EMDR trained clinician, I specialize in helping individuals process past experiences that may be holding them back from living a full, present life.I utilize a strong collaborative approach within my sessions and acknowledge how difficult these experiences are, explore how these experiences are impacting your life, and identify how we can work together to achieve your goals!

    About Me

I graduated with my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rivier University in 2022. During my graduate internship, I obtained training in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM); a system of crisis intervention strategies that help people who have experienced a traumatic event. I have been in the field of mental health for several years where I have worked with a variety of populations to include children, adolescents, and adults. Prior to my work as a clinician, I worked in community mental health providing support to those dealing with severe and persistent mental illness.

When I am not in session, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our two dogs, being out in nature, baking, and music!
