    (She/Her)

Adrienne is a dual board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and nurse midwife. During her 10 years of bedside midwifery, Adrienne became passionate about women’s mental health. Her background and skill set give her a unique understanding of the impact hormonal changes, pregnancy, stress, and life transitions can have on mental wellness. Adrienne has a particular interest in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), hormonal concerns, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, and grief & loss. She enjoys working with new moms and women working through infertility, but she truly enjoys working with women of all ages and life circumstances.

Adrienne believes in partnering with her clients to help them make the best decisions for their care. Her practice style is to provide individualized care, tailored to each woman’s unique needs. She listens, provides education, and offers options to her clients. She enjoys discussing supplements, stress reduction techniques and lifestyle modifications as an adjunct to or instead of medication. She strives to ensure that her clients feel validated and comfortable.

Adrienne earned her undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of New England. She obtained her Doctorate of Nursing Practice and Nurse Midwifery certification from Baylor University, and her post graduate Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certificate from the University of New Hampshire.

When she’s not working, Adrienne enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, reading, and staying active with her three busy boys.
