Rates & Insurance
Women’s Counseling of Nashua providers are in-network with the following insurances:
Blue Cross/Blue Shield/Anthem (from any state)
Cigna / Evernorth
Tufts / Tufts Medicare Preferred
Harvard Pilgrim
We are able to provide out of network services for other insurance companies. Please call your insurance company and ask them if you have out of network benefits with your plan. If you do have out of network benefits, please ask the following questions:
- Do I have a deductible to meet first?
- Is my deductible separate from my in-network deductible? If so, how much is it?
- When does the policy renew (often policies renew on either January 1 of July 1 of each year)
We will be able to provide you with a receipt or “superbill” at the end of your session containing the necessary information you will need to be reimbursed by your insurance company. All fees, including copayments and coinsurances, are charged to your card on file within 24 hours after your appointment.
We prioritize our clients by holding space for each person we see. When clients cancel an appointment, our clinicians offer that space to other clients who need an appointment that week. When clients cancel within 24-hours or no show, other clients miss out on an opportunity to be seen.
If you would like to cancel an appointment, we ask that you do so with your provider with at least 24-hour notice. Anyone canceling an appointment with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged $100 for the missed appointment. Insurance does not cover no shows and late cancellations, so is the client’s responsibility to pay. We will charge the credit card on file for no shows and cancellations within 24-hours of scheduled session.
Fees:
If paying privately, Women’s Counseling of Nashua offers several payment options based on level of experience and licensing your provider has obtained.
Psychotherapy Services:
Individual therapy (fully licensed therapist -LICSW, LCMHC): $150 per session
Couples or family therapy with a fully licensed therapist: $160 per session
Graduate Intern (Graduate interns are in their final year of their Masters’ degree programs and are under direct supervision of a fully licensed therapist in the practice): $50 per 50-minute session
Medication Management Services:
Intake appointment (45 minutes): $285
Follow up appointment (25 minutes): $160
Follow up appointment (15 minutes): $95
Extended follow up appointment (30-55 minutes): $285
* Please note that the length of time for a follow up appointment is up to provider discretion and depends on complexity of the situation.
