Work/life balance is difficult to achieve whether working in a corporate environment or owning a business. Pressures can be enormous, coworkers can be toxic, and expectations can seem unreasonable. This can lead to increases in anxiety, depression, and self-doubt. Having worked in these environments for many years, I know what it’s like. I can use my experience to help you navigate the politics, interpersonal dynamics, and career decisions of the modern workplace. Setting boundaries while building strategies for success is possible.

I also enjoy working with new fathers dealing with new responsibilities, major life adjustments, and supporting their partners. These are big life changes often coming with unrealistic expectations of just knowing what to do and how to adjust.

    About Me

I graduated from Boston University with a Master of Social Work degree and Southern New Hampshire University with a Master of Business Administration. As a small business owner and twenty-five years in corporate environments, I have extensive experience in the business world and am well acquainted with the stressors and anxieties that come with it. I work with teens 16 years or older and adults.
