Olivia is a board certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master of Science in Nursing and Post-Masters Certificate at Rivier University. At Women’s Counseling of Nashua, Olivia specializes in medication management for adults and adolescents ages 16 and older, who are experiencing any number mental health conditions including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), insomnia, bipolar disorder, pregnancy/postpartum mood disorders, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), adjustment disorders, and chronic stress. Olivia offers Genesight genetic testing to aid in the clinical decision-making for appropriate medication selection while also considering medical and lifestyle factors.
Olivia’s philosophy of care involves treating the whole person. She believes there is a strong connection between the mind and body. Her treatment approach involves establishing a partnership with her patients to develop personalized and comprehensive plans of care. Patients will find that she is kind, understanding, and easy to talk to. She is thorough and an excellent patient advocate that takes pride in collaborating closely with family, therapists, primary care providers and other health care providers. She likes to spend the time that is necessary with her patients to develop long-lasting relationships and support them on their journey towards health and wellness.
Olivia has over fifteen years of experience working in the healthcare field providing patient care in the hospital and community. As an advanced practice provider, Olivia has treated patients across the lifespan in family practice and mental health settings as well as patients with chronic pain. She has worked extensively with patients with substance use disorder and dual diagnosis mental health conditions. In her free time, Olivia enjoys spending time outdoors in nature, hiking, reading, and going to Starbucks (probably too much).
