Kristin Grasso, LMFT
Kristin received her undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire in Family Studies, and her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. She specializes in couples and family counseling. Kristin has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults and concentrates in diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, adjustment, divorce, and family problems.
Kristin has been trained in MATCH-ADTC which is a redesign of evidence-based treatment of childhood anxiety, depression, trauma, and conduct problems. She most often employs insight-oriented, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, and systemic approaches to treatment including Structural Family Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. Kristin considers herself a happy, upbeat, and trustworthy therapist that ensures clients feel safe to explore their own true nature and wisdom so that they may live authentic and satisfying lives.
