My name is Lillian, I am the Care Coordinator at WCON. I am fortunate to work in such a welcoming and friendly environment. My primary role is to successfully support the Medication Providers in the practice. I enjoy helping patients navigate, whether it is to schedule an appointment, assist with managing medication refill requests, or completing prior authorization paperwork. I believe effective communication plus empathy can have a positive impact on the patient-provider dynamic in numerous ways.

I have many years of experience working in the medical field. I have always had a passion and interest in the medical field. Before I became a Medical Assistant, I spent my teen years volunteering after school at one of the hospitals in Lowell, MA.

In my personal life, I very much enjoy spending time with my husband and our two children. You will find us outdoors going for walks, swimming or playing basketball. We love visiting Florida for its warm and sunny climate and all the attractions.
