Brittany Coleman
Clinical Care Coordinator
Hi, I’m Brittany and I am a clinical care coordinator at WCON. Mental health advocacy is something that means a lot to me. I’m involved with the AFSP (American Foundation for Suicide Prevention) community and the One Million Steps for OCD community, where I walk each year to help raise funds to support research and raise awareness.
In my role, I am here to ensure you feel supported, understood, and cared for from the very moment you reach out. I am deeply passionate about helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys. My role involves connecting you with the right clinician and resources, providing information about your support options, and guiding you through the steps of care to ensure your unique needs are met. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where your concerns are heard, your goals are prioritized, and you feel empowered to take active steps towards your wellness. Supporting you through each stage of your mental health journey is not just my job – it’s something I am truly committed to and honored to do.
About Me:
I graduated from Quinsigamond Community College in 2024 with my associate’s degree in psychology, and I’m currently working towards my bachelor’s in psychology at Southern New Hampshire University. Continuing my education is important to me, and I love learning more about how to better support others. Outside of work and school, you’ll find me exploring new hobbies, enjoying cozy mornings, and chasing little feet and paws around. My ideal day would consist of chocolate chip pancakes, time with my little family and a long walk with my puppy – simple moments that make life feel full!
